During 2020, Leonardo Licht founded ImProver Consulting, and since then, we have provided services to Argentinian and foreign private client companies.
Prior to founding his own firm, Leonardo was a Global Sustainability and Packaging Expert at The Clorox Company, a position he held for the past 4 years. Prior to this and during his more than 27 years with the Company, Leonardo held management positions in Research and Development supporting formulation and packaging for Latin America, Asia, Middle East and USA. He also managed organisational budgets and high efficiency teams. During his career, Leonardo acquired technical expertise in most of the existing packaging processes and materials, along with the integral development of formulations for product designs. He has also knowledge of several regional markets and global packaging trends.
Leonardo has a degree in Chemistry from the University of Buenos Aires, with a specialisation in the area of polymers. He has lectured on cost saving schemes, packaging technologies, product development and sustainability.
